Rockstar Games is a massive company that has all kinds of resources. Rockstar Games Is Outsourcing GTA Trilogy While Working On GTA 6 Due to Rockstar's expansive nature, it's hard for one thing, especially a remaster, to be slowing down something like GTA 6.
